Last Minute Easy To Make Valentine's Gift For Your Loved One's Sweet Tooth
Happy Valentine's Day everyone!! Still don't have ideas what to give your special someone this Valentine's Day? These easy to make edible Valentine gifts will definitely make their hearts melt.
CHOCO-COATED MUNCHKINS
What you will need:
Brownie Mix of your choice
Goya Easy Melt Cream White Chocolate Buttons
Peanut Butter
Sprinkles
Vegetable oil
Red Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bake the brownie mix in the oven.
2. Tear apart the cooked brownie into pieces using your hands.
3. Add peanut butter. Keep on putting peanut butter on your brownies until you get that play-doh like consistency. I added about 6-8 tablespoons of peanut butter on mine. The peanut butter will hold the brownies together, plus you'll get to achieve a choco-butternut flavor for your munchkins.
4. Using your hands, make brownie balls at 1" diameter, then place it in the freezer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
5. While waiting, place the Goya easy melt chocolate on a heat safe bowl or glass. I chose white chocolate just so I can add red food coloring on it for a more valentine feel. Double boil the chocolate on a stove until it is fully melted. For the whole bag of Goya white chocolate, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix until smooth. Add red food coloring on the chocolate if you want.
6. Remove your munchkins from the freezer and dip it one by one on a bowl of melted chocolate. Place each choco-coated munchkins on a clean plate, add sprinkles and/or left over brownies on top. Place it again in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. And there you have it, serve it as a dessert or put in a box if it will be given as gift.
