Makeup Guide: When To Toss Your Makeup

From my recent blog post which is 7 Beauty Habits You Need To Ditch, it is stated there that you should discontinue using expired beauty products and/or make-up. I mean, duh! Why would anyone use an expired product?? Surprisingly, not everyone are aware which product expires when. But it is actually not that hard to determine, just make it a point to always check the packaging. Each product has their own expiration dates and different brands have different expiration dates as well, just like the mascara in the picture above by Benefit Cosmetics, it is showed in the picture below that once opened it will expire in 6 months.

Now you know how to determine a product's expiration date, but I am also aware that not all products have these stickers on their packaging to inform you when to toss it. Below is a chart I found for you to easier determine when to finally throw a product. It is important for everyone to take note of this because expired product will irritate the skin, and we don't want that.
