Simple Chicken Breast Recipe
It took me a while to post again. Aside from the fact that I have been adjusting with my newborn, I also got hate comments on my last post. Not that I got affected on the comments or anything, I just need to lay low a little before each and every blog post becomes a vent out. It's just funny how people react violently thinking that they are the ones being described when it could be anyone in this world, as the Filipino saying would go "Bato-bato sa langit ang tamaan ay huwag magalit".
Anyhoo, enough with the bad vibes. I am to share with you a simple recipe you could do at home using chicken breast. The last time we went to the grocery I hoarded a week supply of chicken breast since the idea is to lose all the baby weight I have gained during my pregnancy. Thing is, in this recipe I used mayonnaise and cheese so I actually don't know if this recipe can help me lose some weight. lol!
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Lemon / Calamansi
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Cheese
Garlic
Instructions:
1. Marinade the chicken breast with lemon or calamansi, drizzled with lots of ground pepper for about 15-20minutes.
2. After marinating, fry the chicken breast.
3. On a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise, cheese and garlic (you can put as much cheese and garlic on the mayo, depending on how cheesy and garlic-y you want it to be). Then put it on top of the chicken breast before serving.
Enjoy this simple chicken breast recipe over dinner with your family. Trying to lose weight or not you can never go wrong with this recipe as long as there's cheese and garlic.
