DIY: Lysol Wipes
How's everyone doing? It is a very hectic weekend for me! Just a quick pregnancy update for everyone, I've been doing lots of errands lately since due date is nearing!! My boyfriend and I have prepared everything we need for the delivery over the weekend. I really don't know what to expect and what to feel. I am actually a little scared and a little excited. lol! Mixed emotions at its finest.
Anyhoo! Over the weekend, we went to SM Megamall and stopped by Ace Hardware to check on the things we need for the house and mostly for my soap making. While going around the hardware, I stumbled upon an interesting product called Lysol Wipes. I think of these as a very useful product you can use on the go - a cleaning agent you can bring in the car or something you can use around the house especially in the kitchen area. To be honest, I didn't even bother checking how much the Lysol Wipes are and I thought of just doing this myself.

Things needed:
Thick Tissue / Kitchen Towels
Old Tupperware
Masking Tape
Scissors
Cutter
Tap Water
Isoprophyl Alcohol
Vinegar
Steps:
1. Place an interfolded tissue in the tupperware.
2. Mix equal parts of water, alcohol and vinegar in a cup. Pour this mixture in the tupperware with tissue.
3. Using a cutter, cut the middle part of the tupperware cover. Make sure it's straight and that it is just the right length for the tissue to come out. Make the hole bigger using the scissors, then put masking tapes around the hole to conceal the sharp edges. This will help your wet tissue come out smoothly from the tupperware. (Reminder: Please be careful on using the cutter. Make sure to keep it out of reach of children.)
4. Cover the tupperware with your DIY tissue cover. And there you have it! Your very own Lysol Wipes.
5. Last step is to have a thick masking tape to cover the tupperware hole every after use. Just like any other wipes, the hole must be covered properly for the wipes not to dry out quickly.
